The Incredible Story of 31 Teenagers Biking Across America

In 1982, 31 teenagers took off on a ride across America in a fundraising drive for Multiple Sclerosis. This film, “Shadow of a Wheel,” which is still being funded (you can help at the link above) is loosely set to air on PBS next year, is the story of how adventure changes people’s lives. How even one such cross-country trip can last far longer than one summer.
