The AJ Poll: Campfires This Summer, Yea or Nay?

Welp, the Sierra snowpack is way, way below average for this time of year, even after monumental snows in the fall and early winter. Oregon is generally well below average, Nevada isn’t much better, with Utah and Idaho also trending much lower than water managers in those states would like. Even in Colorado, where snows have been plentiful, a wildfire in March threatened parts of Boulder, very unusual for that time of year.

So what’s a campfire-loving adventurer to do? Will you be lighting campfires this summer, if you’re camping in Western states? If so, only in established firepits or will you still make rock rings and spark up?
